106" Hot Set Up Engine Performance Kit / '07-'17 Twin Cam

A complete 106 cubic inch big bore package that bolts into a Twin Cam without crankcase machining or rebalancing.

Most routes to more displacement mean splitting the cases. This one does not. S&S sizes the Hot Set Up around a 4 inch bore that clears the stock crankcase, so the motor comes apart at the top end, goes back together at 106 cubic inches, and keeps its stock height and its stock external dimensions. Nothing has to be machined, nothing has to be rebalanced, and everything the job needs is in the box rather than on a second shopping list.

What lifts it above a bare cylinder kit is what S&S includes alongside it. A 585 Easy Start cam set that will actually crank over on a hot day, and the TC3 oiling system, which is the part most big bore builds skimp on and then regret.

Does not fit Twin Cooled models.

Common Questions About the 106in Hot Set Up Kit

Do I have to split the cases?
No. That is the whole point of the 4 inch bore. The crankcase stays as it is, with no machining and no rebalancing.

Can I keep my stock heads?
Yes. The forged pistons are designed to work with stock heads, or with S&S Super Stock 79cc and 89cc heads if you are going further.

Will it fit a Twin Cooled bike?
No. S&S excludes Twin Cooled models from this kit.

Do I need anything else?
A tune, and gaskets appropriate to your build. The cams, oiling, pushrods and tappets are already in the kit.
