Bagger & Touring Fitment

Bagger & Touring covers '84-'26 - Street Glide, Road Glide, Electra Glide, Road King and Ultra. Touring moved to throttle-by-wire in 2008, and every Milwaukee-Eight is throttle-by-wire.

Years that change what fits:

• 2009 - the touring frame was redesigned, changing the chassis, rear fender and exhaust routing.
• 2014 - Project Rushmore reworked the fairings, brakes, clutch and electronics. Road Glide sat out '14 and returned for '15.
• 2017 - the Milwaukee-Eight replaced the Twin Cam.

Three Numbers Decide It

Bar diameter - 1 inch and 1-1/4 inch risers are not interchangeable. Riser bolt spacing on the top clamp. Rise and pullback, which together decide where your hands end up. The thing people forget: raising the bars more than an inch or two usually means the stock cables, brake lines and wiring no longer reach - see Cables & Handlebar Kits. Riser bushings are a wear item, and worn ones feel like vague, wandering bars.
