Load Equalizers And Can Bus

The practical catch with LED lighting is electrical, not mechanical. An LED draws far less current than the incandescent bulb it replaces, and on many bikes that makes the turn signals hyper-flash or the bike throw a bulb-out fault. Depending on year and model you may need a load equalizer, a Can Bus-compatible part, or a specific controller module.

Run-brake-turn conversions add another layer: the rear signals take on brake light duty, which usually means a converter module. The product page states what is required - read it before ordering, and buy the module at the same time rather than after the fact.
