2-into-1 Exhaust System

The Bassani 2-into-1 in stainless uses an upswept Super Bike 4" muffler with a conical performance baffle, hand TIG welded throughout.

The upswept muffler is what defines this one. Sweeping the 4" Super Bike body upward buys ground clearance and lean angle, which suits a bike ridden hard, and the conical performance baffle inside it gives an aggressive note that a straight baffle does not. It is finished in stainless over stainless, so there is no coating to fail.

How the System Performs

Stepped headpipes run 1-3/4" into 1-7/8" for horsepower and torque, merging into an advanced inner collector. The upswept Super Bike 4" stainless muffler carries an aluminum end cap and a new removable conical performance baffle. Everything is hand TIG welded stainless steel with a stainless finish. Full coverage stainless heat shields cover the front and rear pipes. 18 mm O2 bungs ship for tuning with 12 mm adapters and plugs. Made in the USA.
